Update: Carerix Release 5.0.183 - In-app help, in-app communication (Carerix to you!), UI updates and more!

This two weekly Carerix release update is a pre-release note. We would like to give you more insights in upcoming changes and give you the opportunity and time to prepare/adapt to upcoming feature releases, updates and bug fixes. In two weeks from now this update will be live.

In this Carerix Release (5.0.183) the following updates are included: en

As the Carerix user interface evolves and the platform continuously is enriched with new functionalities the need for tools to improve onboarding of new users and new functionalities became more and more apparent. Carerix starts with in-app help and in-app communication using and Over the upcoming period we will experiment with targeted in-app communication related to new releases and new functionalities. Both and offer a vast range of opportunities for modern context related, targeted help and communication.

Update new UI in detail screens and all activities

The Carerix detail screens are improved. Grids and overviews now are aligned with the rest of the system. This means that tabs, grids and search panels are refurbished. This update also means the final step in the abolishing of horizontal scrolling. From today all tabs that do not fit your screen resolution will be hidden in a drop down.

Also in the all activities menu the new UI previews will be shown as of version 5.1.183

Use existing table items for additional fields

The usage of additional fields is raising gradually. Additional fields give you the opportunity to create your own fields that better suit your company's business. Since Carerix release 5.1.180 it is possible to position your additional field in the tab and panel you desire. With this release it becomes possible to use existing data nodes/table items by using the new attribute type 'Table items list'. After selecting this type of additional field a new drop down selection field becomes available. Here one can select the table to show in this additional field.

Select which maintenance sections are available per user role

As demand for light admin user role configuration is raising we now offer the opportunity to select every single maintenance section to be available per user role. Simply go to your user role menu, select the desired user role and tick/untick those menu's you want to be available for the user role.

  • Mailchimp | Fixed an issue causing the candidate/contact export not to run (error: no instance available)

  • Excel exports | Fixed an issue with excel exports when exporting data sets including postal codes
